These days, it’s difficult to find any products that are made in Canada. 
At PillowForms.ca, we are the manufacturer of all the polyester filled products on this site. Our 19"x19" pillow forms (also referred to as cushion inserts) are manufactured right here in our factory. Each cushion filler is filled with all-new 100% polyester - no recycled or used fibres. The inserts are hand-made and filled with high quality materials, ensuring top notch, true Canadian quality. Other names for pillow forms include: cushion inserts, pillow fillers, cushion stuffers, pillow inserts and throw inserts. Many names, one simple product.
Our Commitment to Quality
We take great pride in the quality of our pillow forms and zealously maintain our high production standards. 
PillowForms.ca's manufacturing process was created to reduce defects, improve quality and above all provide a consistent product to all of our customers. Each cushion insert/pillow form is weighed before being packed and shipped. Any product which does not meet its desire fill weight is fixed on the spot by the production team. Our foreman supervises the production process to ensure all our quality controls are being adhered to.
What Size Pillow Form?

our article: What size pillow form do I need? Our pillow forms are by default stuffed with a generous amount of fill which ensures that your cushion covers will be fully filled out. Other manufacturers skimp on the fill weight to reduce costs - we do not. If you can't find the size you need, we can custom make just about any size imaginable thanks to our on-site cutting & sewing capabilities.
